This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Hyranse platform, available at https://hyranse.com/.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase, provided that no more than 5 search queries have been used under that subscription.

To be eligible for a refund, both of the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date; and
  • No more than 5 search queries have been used during the subscription period.

This guarantee applies to the first purchase only. Renewal payments and subsequent purchases are not eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Renewal payments (monthly or annual);
  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date;
  • Subscriptions where more than 5 search queries have been used;
  • Partial periods of any subscription;
  • Any purchase other than the first subscription purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@hyranse.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address;
  • Date of purchase;
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
