How long does an AI search take?
Most searches complete in 2–5 minutes. The agent parses your job description, searches publicly available professional profiles, and reviews each result for relevance before returning suggested matches.
What happens after my 2 free searches?
Each additional AI search costs 100 credits from your balance. Free includes 5 credits per month; paid plans include 500–4,700 credits per month depending on tier.
How many candidates can I get per search?
On the Free plan you can request 5 or 20 candidates per search (default 20). Paid plans include up to 75 candidates per search for deeper shortlists.
Can I use a job description in any language?
Yes. Paste your JD in the language you normally write job posts in. The agent parses requirements and matches against candidate profiles regardless of the input language.
How is the match percentage calculated?
The agent compares each profile to your hard requirements (skills, experience, location, languages) and soft preferences. Match % reflects how closely the profile aligns with your job description — with matched skills and gaps shown per row. Match % is indicative; recruiters choose who to contact.
Does the AI decide who gets hired or contacted?
No. AI Candidate Search orders search results by how closely a public professional profile matches the job description you entered, and shows matched skills and gaps. It does not reject candidates, make hiring or employment decisions, or contact anyone. A recruiter reviews every profile and decides what to do next. Candidates can object to AI-assisted search through our Candidate Privacy Center.
Can I combine AI search with manual filters?
Yes. Both search modes use the same public-profile database. Start with AI search for a suggested shortlist, then refine with manual filters — or vice versa.
