Standard, Scale, and Max can be billed annually with 15–20% savings versus paying monthly for a full year. Starter and Growth are monthly only.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Paid plans stay active until the paid period ends, then the account moves back to Free.

Paid plans and Business share one credit balance for AI search, AI scoring, contact lookup on profiles you have shortlisted for an open role, shortlist exports for internal hiring review, and ATS integration via API. Can I use Hyranse to buy or export contact lists?
No. Credits are for defined recruitment workflows: search, recruiter review, shortlist export, and contact lookup for shortlisted candidates about a specific open role. Mass outreach, marketing campaigns, and data-broker use are prohibited in our Acceptable Use Policy.
What is the difference between Business and paid plans?
Business includes everything in paid plans, plus onboarding and training, a higher custom monthly credit allowance, and a dedicated manager. Price is custom — contact sales.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid subscriptions follow the 30-day Refund Policy. Email support@hyranse.com with your account email and purchase date; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
